If you have purchased the wrong size or in the unlikely event of being sent a faulty garment, please contact us immediately within
7 working days of your receipt and we will happily arrange for an exchange or refund*.
Once the item is received by us and has been insprected to ensure the product has not been worn and tags are still in place, the
new size will be dispatched to you immediately.
We reserve the right to return the item back to you with no exchange or credit if the product fails
the standards of our quanlity control check.

RETURNING A PRODUCT
If for any reason you need to return a product, please follow these steps
  1. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure package or recycle the original packing to save costs and wastage.
  2. Return goods to Happy Daize Accessories, 8 Severn Rd, Woronora, NSW 2232
  3. Please send registered post as Happydaize is not liable for shipping goods.
  4. Once the warehouse receives items, we allow 48 hours to notify customer on refund or exchange information.
